An experiential approach to racial justice

We engage people and organizations in long term, anti-racist transformation. Our approach is somatic, moving beyond a mere intellectual discussion of racism, straight into our bodies - where the complex legacy of white supremacy culture lives in us all. With our bodies and hearts engaged, we hold change for communities and institutions to practice liberation together.

How can we respond to the violent, daily impact of racism on people of color and explore the cost of racism to white people?

How can white people build their emotional resilience and be useful in the growing multiracial movement toward social justice?

How do we fully engage our bodies, minds, and spirits to end racism and usher in collective liberation?

In this time of growing awareness of how oppression impacts each one of us, the Embodied Equity Project challenges you to ask these critical questions, experience the vitality of your humanity, connect with the people around you, and live into your answers.
